  This administrative fee is a charge that covers the costs of managing our services, processing applications and including handling all paperwork. It also contributes to cover our general business expenses that keeps our operations running.

  This fee includes a separated sum for foreign clients to register with local authorities and for the logistics process for purchased gold from point of purchase to a partner vault. This fee is also determined by the amount of gold purchased and the mode of transportation used.

  This fee is a storage fee levied to a client for gold storage at one of our partner vaults.
• Initial Purchase Commission - $300.
  This is a fee we charge for brokering the purchase of the first 1kg gold bar for a client.
• Commission On Subsequent Purchase - $150.
  This fee is charged for each additional 1kg gold bar purchased.
• Storage Contract Cancellation Charge - $250.
  This fee is charged for cancelling a storage box contract prior to the end of the mandatory annual contract period.
• Joint Account Administration Fee - $300.
  This fee is charged for a storage box that is rented by more than one client.
• Annual Storage Box Renewal Commission - $100.
  This is an annual commission for managing storage-box-access-renewal including security updates with the partner vault which is paid at the end of the contract period. This fee is to be paid if the client is renewing their storage contract.
• Re-issue of Lost or Compromised Security Cards and Keys - $200.
  This is a fee that is charged when a client renting a storage box loses or damages any of their security cards and keys.
• ID Card Replacement Fee - $150.
  This is a fee that is charged when a customer loses their ID card used for identification and accessing the private vault facility.
• Breaching Anti-Money Laundering(AML)Statutes - Not Specified.
  You must fully compensate us and our partner vault all costs, charges, expenses, claims or damages that we incur, or that are made against us or our partner vault in the event of breach by you of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Statutes if law enforcement presents a court order and search warrant suspecting a storage client of a crime.
  
• Abrupt End of Contract - Not Specified.
  When you end your contract before the end of the safe deposit contract period without a good reason but not one of the reasons set out in clause 14.2 under our Terms of Service, we may charge reasonable compensation for the net costs we incur as a result of you ending the contract abruptly. In such circumstances, you shall not be entitled to any refund of fees paid for your storage apart from your gold deposit.

  In the event of death of a client, we shall be entitled to charge reasonable costs and expenses including but not limited to any legal fees we incur in order to satisfy ourselves that the persons requesting access to your storage box have the requisite authority to do so.
